Dont Psych Yourself Out!

What's stopping you? No, really think about this one. Are you as fit as you want to be? Are you happy in your personal relationships? Are you working at a job you love? I've had the opportunity to coach hundreds of clients from a variety of cultures over the past ten years, and I have come to one conclusion. Our beliefs hold us back. Take a minute and think about the story you tell yourself every day. The subconscious mind is the "doer," the conscious mind is the "teller." Hear me out. Subconsciously we want to feel vital, alive, inspired, and fit but consciously we are telling ourselves, "I have bad genetics," "there's no time for fitness in my life," "fitness retreats and personal trainers are for people with lots of money..." Does this sound familiar? So basically we are giving our subconscious the commands that determine our life's outcomes. Here's what I want you to do: Make a list of 3 positive changes you want to see in your life. Example, "I want to feel more connected to myself and my family," "I want to be wealthy and free," "I want to live life as my ultimate self in a body that feels strong and capable." No matter how hard it is to believe, I dare you to try this for one month, everyday, and see what opportunities come in to your life as a result.
